The Ice Warrior. Another figure that was announced years before its release in early 1991. And again it would be a cartoonish representation with it’s bright green livery, grey painted collar hair, and red eyes and lips.

Points are awarded for attention to detail like the sonic device on the lower arm and the bulgy hips. The figure is also beautifully sculpted with scales all over its body. It comes too with a rifle presumably inspired by their weapons in The Curse of Peladon. It sports the usual (at the time) articulation with a Y joint for the hips.
